Extremities GORE-TEX Nova Gaiters are one of the most breathable gaiters currently available on the market, designed to fit virtually any boot.

The upper section of these gaiters utilises GORE-TEX® XCR® recycled fabric, whilst the lower section incorporates 1000 denier Cordura fabric for increased durability. The ankle area where the two fabrics join has an elasticated seam to provide a close fit, whilst the top has an elasticated drawstring to allow a personalised snug fit on to the calf area.

The gaiter zipped front has a full length waterproof and windproof fabric shield with a VELCRO® fastening to prevent penetration, with a top and bottom press stud for added security. For a quick and secure attachment to walking boots there is a lace hook clip at the front of the gaiter and a replaceable highly durable 'Polytex' adjustable underfoot strap. All metal fittings are manufactured from stainless steel to prevent rusting.

To choose the right size of gaiter you need to make sure that your calf fits rather than basing it on your shoe size. For Small/Medium gaiters (UK shoe size 2.5 -  6.5)  the minimum calf diameter is 39cm, with a maximum diameter of 47cm. The Large/XLarge size (UK shoe size 7-13) has a minimum calf diameter of 42cm and a maximum of 51cm.
